I think maine and tail helps with growth and healthyness. Anything thats going to add moisture is good

i think herbal essences has a shampoo and conditioner that cleans ur hair but is sensitive to that kinda stuff..go check it out

i use brilliant brunette...you could also use sunsilk which is also a good make or john freida
