What color of eyeshadow should I use?

I'm Asian/white (mixed), though I have mostly Asian facial features (for example, the eye and nose shapes). I have very pretty chocolate brown eyes that I'd like to call attention to.

BTW, my skin is a very light shade of a tan/gold (mostly tan) blend, and I have black hair. What color of eyeshadow would blend in with my face the best and bring out my eyes?
