I'm Asian but have tanned skin. I guess I got these dark dots when I started shaving, so it's been a while. They're ugly and embarrassing! Some are bumpy but most are just dark flat on the skin dots where the hair goes out of. When I shave, they are still visible and when I don't shave, it looks worse! Anyone know what this is and how I can fix it?

Go to a dermatologist and ask him/her. If you have an insurance plan with a PCP, go to him/her and get a referal to a dematologist.

get ur legs waxed.those dots are the hair folicles.when you shave u just cut off one part of the hair.leaving the other part visible.yucky.so get ur legs waxed and eventually the hair will grow back finer and those "dots" will be a thing of the past.
