cool skin tones look good in pale colors or like pinks and blues **** like that where as warm skin tones as i am look good in earthy colors suh as browns sum shades of green sum oranges **** like that

when you fit black, red, yellow, dark blue, fuschia,(they are all yellow tone colour) you are a warm tone. When you fit white and soft color with blue tone color, you are cool toned.

the best thing to do would be to try on a baby pink shirt on and then a orange shirt and look in mirror to see what colour compliments your skin tone.
By what you are saying of your skin type and hair colour i would say you could probably go with both!!!
Pink is cool tone and orange is warm!!

look at the inside of your wrist. if your veins there looks green, your warm toned. if its bluish, your cool toned but since your asian, you must be warm toned, like me.
