Go to a salon and you can get your hair curled, but not permed. i dont know what its called, but yeah. Oh, and ashley tisdale's hair looks so perfect because she spends 3 hours daily in a chair waiting for her hair to straighten or be curled. Just thought you mught wanna know.

braid your hair in many braids, wet it, let it dry. unbraid and shake loose.
bangs:
take portions of the side hair dividing it evenly on the head, bring it over, and cut the excess hair off. Report It
